The Olive Columns Park

A walking path featuring outstanding views of the surrounding landscape and a sculpture that has become a symbol of peace, religious co-existence, and modern Zionist agriculture.

The Olive Columns sculpture, designed by Ran Morin, is the central feature of a park lined by olive trees and paths leading to crystal clear views of Herodian, the Judean Desert, and the Dead Sea. The three columns of the towering sculpture rise to 11 meters, and at the top of each is a living olive tree.

Visits to the site feature:

  • Advanced irrigation technology for the olive tree columns
  • Locally produced olive oil
