As they gaze at a wide-scale view of Jerusalem, guests enjoy the hotel's Israeli-style breakfasts, and its bountiful lunches and dinners. The Kosher cuisine is a tasteful mix of Mediterranean and international.

The restaurant also welcomes groups that are not guests at the hotel. Advance reservations only.
